City Centre Budget Hotel: Important information you need to know

Booking Information:

• Room rates in Australian Dollars (GST and all tax's included)
• Rates vary depending on Season. (Quoted rates are per room per night)
• A deposit equivalent to your first nights accommodation charge will be taken at the time of booking
• The balance is payable to the hotel at check in, along with a AUD$100.00 refundable security deposit
• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
• Use the Special Requests box when booking to provide your expected arrival time.

Special Instructions: Please email or phone CCBH directly after making your booking (at least 48 hours before arrival) and advise what time you will arrive at the hotel to make arrangements for check-in. If your arrival is after 3:30pm, you need to obtain after-hours check-in instructions.

How you can pay:

• Mastercard, Visa & AMEX accepted (but may incur 1.5% fee), Cash Payments, Electronic Transfer, EFTPOS
• The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time)
• If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours of your date of arrival you will forfeit your deposit

When you arrive:

• Check-in time is after 1:00 pm
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges
• A security deposit of AUD$100.00 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
• On check-in, when paying balance due and security deposit, all credit cards will incur a 1.5% fee
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed

Special Instructions: If your arrival will be after 3:30pm, please ensure you contact us the day of arrival or the day prior to obtain after-hours check-in instructions.

When you depart:

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• Your security deposit of AUD$100.00 should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property - as long as there isn't any damage to the property, including smoking.

• All rooms are Non-Smoking rooms
• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy
• Only the 'Studio Ensuite' & 'Double Ensuite' rooms have private ensuite bathrooms
• All other rooms have access to the clean shared bathrooms facilities located near rooms (ie: no ensuites)
• All rooms provide tea & coffee making facilities

• All rooms have 32" LCD TV, fridge, electric kettle, Fan or Heater, and opening windows for natural ventilation
